National Football League Together with G-III Apparel Group Creates First-Ever Adaptive and Assisted Fan Apparel

New York, NY (October 4, 2023) – Today, the National Football League (NFL) along with its sports apparel licensee, G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. (NasdaqGS: GIII) announced the launch of the first-ever adaptive and assisted apparel capsule collections for all 32 NFL teams. The collections feature clothing designed to be more accessible for those who may find it difficult to dress or those who may have sensory sensitivities to certain textures or materials. The NFL is the first professional sports league to offer adaptive and assisted apparel to fans.

Designed by G-III, the product featured includes added functionality that has been seamlessly intertwined into the garments to allow for easier dressing.

The adaptive apparel capsule includes short-sleeve t-shirts, long-sleeve t-shirts, fleece crewnecks and fleece hoodies with the following elements:

  • Hidden and wider openings to allow for easier dressing
  • Magnetic closures in lieu of buttons to allow for one-handed closure of garments
  • Extended pullers and magnetic connectors for zipper closures
  • Easier to manage bungee cords

The assisted apparel capsule includesshort-sleeve t-shirts with the following adjustments:

  • Fully open back (when not being worn) with soft-touch button snap closures to allow the caregiver to dress the individual
