LIONS SIGN UNRESTRICTED FREE AGENT CB CAMERON SUTTON
Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed unrestricted free agent CB Cameron Sutton. Contract terms were not disclosed.
Sutton joins the Lions after six seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers (2017-22), where he appeared in 84-career games (39 starts) and recorded 164 tackles (140 solo), 38 pass defenses, eight interceptions, eight tackles for loss, five forced fumbles, three quarterback hits, 2.0 sacks and one fumble recovery.
In 16 games played (15 starts) last season, Sutton totaled 43 tackles (35 solo) and set career-highs in pass defenses (15) and interceptions (three).He originally entered the NFL as a third-round selection (94th overall) in the 2017 NFL Draft out of Tennessee by the Steelers.

LIONS RE-SIGN CB WILL HARRIS
Allen Park, Mich.— The Detroit Lions announced today that they have re-signed CB Will Harris. Contract terms were not disclosed.
Harris transitioned from safety to cornerback in 2022 and appeared in 15 games (10 starts), posting 53 total tackles, four pass defenses, two tackles for loss, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and one interception.
Originally selected by Detroit in the third round (81st overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft out of Boston College, Harris has appeared in 64-career games (38 starts) and has recorded 213 total tackles, 12 pass defenses, two forced fumbles, 1.5 sack, one fumble recovery and one interception.

LIONS SIGN UNRESTRICTED FREE AGENT RB DAVID MONTGOMERY
Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed unrestricted free agent RB David Montgomery. Contract terms were not disclosed.
Montgomery comes to Detroit after spending the first four seasons (2019-22) of his career with the Chicago Bears, who selected him in the third round (73rd overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft out of Iowa State. In the 2022 season, he rushed 201 times for 801 yards (4.0 avg.) and five touchdowns, and added 34 receptions for 316 yards (9.3 avg.) and one score.
He has produced at least six touchdowns and 1,000 yards from scrimmage in each of the first four seasons of his career, and in 60-career games (51 starts), he has 915 rushes for 3,609 yards (3.9 avg.) and 26 touchdowns along with 155 receptions for 1,240 yards (8.0 avg.) and four touchdowns.

LIONS SIGN UNRESTRICTED FREE AGENT CB EMMANUEL MOSELEY
Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed unrestricted free agent CB Emmanuel Moseley. Contract terms were not disclosed.
Moseley comes to Detroit after five seasons with the San Francisco 49ers (2018-22), where he appeared in 45 games (33 starts) and recorded 154 tackles (122 solo), 33 pass defenses, five tackles for loss, four interceptions, one interception returned for a touchdown, one quarterback hit and one fumble recovery.
He originally entered the NFL with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent out of Tennessee following the 2018 NFL Draft.

LIONS RE-SIGN K MICHAEL BADGLEYAllen Park, Mich.— The Detroit Lions announced today that they have re-signed K Michael Badgley. Contract terms were not disclosed.Badgley returns for his second season in Detroit after converting 24-of-28 field goals (85.7%) and 33-of-33 extra points (100.0%) for 105 points scored in 2022. In Week 13 vs. Jacksonville, he was named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week after converting all four field goal attempts and all four point-after tries for 16 points scored.Originally entering the NFL in 2018 with the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent out of Miami (Fla.), Badgley has appeared in games for the Los Angeles Chargers, Tennessee Titans, Colts, Chicago Bears and Lions over his five seasons.  In 60-career games, he is 94-of-115 on field goal attempts (81.7%) and 155-of-160 on extra point attempts (96.9%) for 437 points scored.

LIONS RE-SIGN S C.J. MOORE TO CONTRACT EXTENSION THROUGH THE 2024 SEASON
Allen Park, Mich.— The Detroit Lions announced today that they have re-signed S C.J. Moore to a contract extension through the 2024 season. Additional contract terms were not disclosed.
Moore appeared in 11 games for Detroit in 2022, producing seven special teams tackles (five solo), five defensive tackles (two solo), one quarterback hit, one pass defense and one fumble recovery. He also added two rushes for 55 yards (27.5 avg.) on fake punt attempts, securing first downs on both tries and recording a long of 42 yards.
He embarks on his fifth season in Detroit after originally joining the team as an undrafted free agent out of Mississippi in 2019. In 56-career games (one start), he has registered 27 special teams tackles (18 solo), 21 defensive tackles (11 solo), two quarterback hits, two pass defenses, one fumble recovery and one interception. He’s also rushed four times for 86 yards (21.5 avg.) on fake punt attempts.

LIONS SIGN UNRESTRICTED FREE AGENT OL GRAHAM GLASGOW
Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed unrestricted free agent OL Graham Glasgow. Contract terms were not disclosed.
Glasgow returns to Detroit after three seasons with the Denver Broncos (2020-22), where he appeared in 37 games (33 starts). Prior to the Broncos, Glasgow spent the first four seasons of his career with the Lions (2016-19).
He originally entered the NFL as a third-round selection (95th overall) in the 2016 NFL Draft by Detroit out of Michigan. In his career, Glasgow has appeared in 99 games (91 starts).

LIONS SIGN UNRESTRICTED FREE AGENT DB C.J. GARDNER-JOHNSON
Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed unrestricted free agent DB C.J. Gardner-Johnson. Contract terms were not disclosed.
Gardner-Johnson comes to Detroit after spending the 2022 season with the Philadelphia Eagles, where he appeared in 12 games (12 starts) and had 67 tackles (61 solo), eight pass defenses, six interceptions, five tackles for loss and 1.0 sack. His six interceptions tied for the NFL lead.
He spent the first three seasons of his career with the New Orleans Saints after they selected him in the third round (105th overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft out of Florida. In 55-career games (43 starts), he has 224 tackles (179 solo), 36 pass defenses, 20 tackles for loss, 11 interceptions and 4.0 sacks.

LIONS SIGN UNRESTRICTED FREE AGENT LS JAKE McQUAIDE
Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed unrestricted free agent LS Jake McQuaide. Contract terms were not disclosed.
McQuaide comes to Detroit following a two-year stint with the Dallas Cowboys, appearing in four games in 2022 and playing all 17 games in 2021. He spent the first 10 seasons of his career with the Los Angeles Rams, who signed him as an undrafted free agent out of Ohio State following the 2011 NFL Draft. In his career, McQuaide has appeared in 181 regular season games and seven postseason contests. 

LIONS RE-SIGN QB NATE SUDFELD
Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have re-signed QB Nate Sudfeld. Contract terms were not disclosed.
Sudfeld returns for his second season in Detroit after joining the team following the 2022 preseason. A sixth-round pick (187th overall) by the Washington Commanders out of Indiana in the 2016 NFL Draft, Sudfeld has appeared in six-career games and has completed 25-of-37 passes (67.6%) for 188 yards, one touchdown and one interception for a 77.3 passer rating. He has also had stints with the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers.
