Florida Panthers To Host Blind Hockey Clinic with Lighthouse of Broward at FLA Live Arena on July 22

SUNRISE, Fla. –  The Florida Panthers will host a hockey clinic in partnership with the Lighthouse of Broward for the Blind & Visually Impaired at FLA Live Arena on Friday, July 22 at 10 a.m.    

The Panthers will invite children from the Lighthouse of Broward to FLA Live Arena for unique experiences including a special hockey clinic inside FLA Live Arena using tailor-made floorball equipment for the group, a locker room tour led by 560 WQAM Play-by-Play Announcer Doug Plagens and the opportunity to touch authentic hockey equipment to give them an idea of an NHL player’s game day experience. The day will conclude with a lesson and Q&A session with FLA Live Arena Ice Technician Graham Caplinger.
