The sophomore attacker earned a spot on the Honor Roll for her performance against Maryland
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – After another stellar performance against a Top-5 opponent, sophomore attacker Danielle Pavinelli was named to the American Athletic Conference Honor Roll.

This is the fifth weekly honor for the sophomore during her tenure at Florida (Attacker – 1; Freshman – 2; Honor Roll – 2).
Pavinelli – a Northport, N.Y. native – tallied four goals on seven shots against the No. 5 Maryland Terrapins on Saturday. She has registered a hat trick or better in each of the three games Florida has played this season.
The sophomore also recorded a career-high three draw controls to go along with one caused turnover and one groundball.
Pavinelli currently sits fifth in the nation in both goals per game and points per game.
The Gators are back in action on Saturday, March 5 when the team hosts No. 5 Stony Brook at Donald R. Dizney Stadium. On an action-packed day of Florida athletics, opening draw is slated for 10 a.m.
