As a result of the torrid week, Halter is now the proud owner of a .429/.474/.771 season batting line with a team-high 27 total bases (T-third in SEC), 15 hits (T-second in SEC) and three doubles. Halter is tied for the team lead in home runs with three (T-third in SEC) and ranks tied-for-second in RBI (seven).

Halter is coming off an impressive freshman 2021 season in which he slashed .302/.379/.453 across 49 games including 44 starts. In his debut season in Orange & Blue, he totaled three home runs, two triples, 11 doubles, 32 RBI, 31 runs and one stolen base.

Thanks to Halter’s strong performance, Florida improved to 6-2 on the season and owns an active five-game winning streak.
