BIRMINGHAM – The UAB baseball team has rescheduled its game against Jacksonville State previously scheduled for 5 p.m. Wednesday at Regions Field due to heavy rain. The game is set to be made up on May 6 at 4 p.m. at Young Memorial Field.
The Blazers are coming off a 5-2 midweek victory over Troy as they never trailed throughout the game. The win marked the third straight for the Green and Gold over the Trojans after sweeping the home-and-home a season ago.
UAB will turn its attention to hosting its second straight weekend series against a MAC school as Toledo heads to Birmingham with all games scheduled to be played at Regions Field. Live stat and streaming information for each game is available on the UAB baseball schedule page.
