MOTOR CITY CRUISE FALL TO WINDY CITY BULLS

DETROIT, MI – The Motor City Cruise ended their final Winter Showcase game of the season, taking on the Windy City Bulls at the Wayne State Field House. The Motor City Cruise fell with a score of 110-99.

              Jules Bernard had a great night offensively for the Cruise, as he led the way with a season high of 22 points. He was one rebound shy of a double-double and tallied two assists. Two-way guard Buddy Boeheim shot 7-13 from beyond the arc and dropped a total of 21 points. Lastly for the Cruise, two-way forward Braxton Key dropped 19 points, grabbed five rebounds, and tallied five assists. Carlik Jones and Javon Freeman-Liberty both led the way for Windy City, scoring 21 points. Ethan Thompson and Malcom Hill would each drop 17. Lastly, Marko Simonovic secured a double-double, scoring 18 points and grabbing 15 rebounds.

The Motor City Cruise finished with a 3-13 record and the Windy City Bulls completed the Winter Showcase 9-5. The Cruise will now head to Las Vegas, Nevada next week for the Winter Showcase Tournament.
