Tempe, Ariz.
– Lynn University’s women’s tennis team continues to hold the No. 1 position for the third consecutive week with the latest release of the Oracle/ITA National Rankings.

The Fighting Knights had just one match since last Wednesday’s release, downing Embry-Riddle on the road to clinch the program’s first undefeated regular season since 2009.

The top three teams in the rankings all hail from the Sunshine State Conference, featuring Barry and Saint Leo at No. 2 and No. 3, respectively, followed by Nova Southeastern at No. 7.

Leolia Jeanjean did not play singles in the team’s match vs. the Eagles, dropping her in the singles ranks from No. 7 down to No. 14. Ulyana Grib is tabbed No. 52.

Jeanjean and Grib did make a large jump in the doubles national rankings, advancing 25 positions to No. 21.
