DALLAS – Charlotte became the first Conference USA team to begin spring practice for 2020, as the 49ers took the field for spring drills on Tuesday morning. Rice is the next team to open spring camp on February 24, while UAB follows with its first spring session on February 29. Spring practices for C-USA teams run through April 25.
