Women’s Golf: Lynn University Tied for Fifth after Opening Round of World Golf Invitational

SAINT AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Lynn University’s women’s golf team sits in fifth-place after Monday’s first round of the World Golf Invitational at the Slammer and Squire Golf Course.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

·       Helen Kreuzer was just one over-par, tied for fourth.

·       Matilda Wahren shot 75 (+3), tied-tenth.

BEYOND THE SCORECARD:

·       Kreuzer and Wahren were both even on the par-fours. 

·       Kreuzer was tied for the second-most birdies with four.

Lynn will finish off its last day of its 2020 opening tournament tomorrow, Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 8 a.m.
