Women’s Basketball: Lynn University 77, Saint Leo 74 (OT)

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Lynn University’s women’s basketball team outlasted a gritty Saint Leo University squad on Saturday afternoon, notching its sixth-straight win at home 77-74 in overtime.

STATS OF THE GAME:

·         Loie Webb provided a spark off the bench with 14 points, six rebounds and four assists, going a perfect 4-for-4 from the charity stripe.

·         Uloma Enyogasi was at it again with 23 points to lead the Lynn offense, knocking down 13 free throws.

·         Sarah Baer racked up her eighth double-double of the season with 10 points and 15 rebounds in a team-high 42 minutes.

·         Dani Lozzi also scored in double digits, pouring in 13 points and adding seven rebounds.

BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:

·         Enyogasi scored 20-plus points for the third time in the last four games.

·         Lynn improves to 8-2 overall at home. 

·         Baer now has scored in double-figures in 13 of 15 games in 2019-20.
