W-GOLF | Owls Return to S.C. for Final Spring Tune-Up

PAWLEY’S ISLAND, S.C. – Florida Atlantic women’s golf will compete in the Golfweek Intercollegiate beginning Monday in Pawley’s Island, S.C. This is the final event before the American Conference Championship begins on April 15.

The Lineup

The Owls will use the same five from their last competitive event exactly one month ago at the Gators Invitational. Clemence Cadeac led the squad in Gainesville with a tie for 15th. Cadeac has been the Owls’ low scorer in all seven events this season, dating back to the fall.

This week’s 54-hole event will begin on Monday and conclude Wednesday. The Owls will be paired in foursomes with Georgetown, St. Thomas, and Coastal Carolina on Monday.
Round One:
8:35 a.m. – Giulia Scarcello
8:45 a.m. – Olivia Bergner
8:55 a.m. – Amanda Linner
9:05 a.m. – Charlotte Perkins
9:15 a.m. – Clemence Cadeac

The Course

The True Blue Course at the Caledonia Golf and Fish Club is a par 71 measuring out a 5,990 yards.

The Field

The field includes 18 teams and 104 players. Cal Poly (No. 79), Georgetown (No. 90), and Coastal Carolina (No. 96) are the three highest ranked teams involved this week.
