USF WBB: Bulls Lose To Roadrunners Tuesday Night

San Antonio, Texas –  Jan. 16, 2024 – South Florida women’s basketball (11-8, 3-3) fell, 65-42, in its first-ever meeting with UTSA (10-7, 4-2), on Tuesday night in San Antonio, Texas.

The Bulls were paced by redshirt junior forward Romi Levy, whose final stat line consisted of 12 points, six rebounds, and a pair of steals. Freshman Guard Vittoria Blasigh added 11 points and has scored in double-digits in six of the last seven games.

NOTABLE NUMBERS

  • Blasigh has scored in double-digits 13 times this campaign.
  • Levy has collared double-figure points in 10 games this season.
  • The Bulls are 1-2 against AAC foes from Texas.
  • UTSA led USF by a margin as high as 25 points in the third quarter.
  • South Florida outscored UTSA in the third quarter, 19-12.
  • UTSA outrebounded USF, 55-33
  • Kyra White led UTSA with 23 points and six assists.
