Brown, a redshirt freshman defender from Kingston, Jamaica, made a tremendous impact on the offensive side of the ball, scoring seven points (3g, 1a). His three goals were good for a tie for first on the team this season. However, defensively, he was a leader on the back line, making several crucial plays throughout the season. Brown started 17 of the Bulls’ 18 matches this season, logging over 1,500 minutes played.

Billhardt, quite possibly the hottest player in the country through the end of the American Athletic Conference Tournament, finished the 2019 campaign as USF’s leader in scoring with 13 points; with his six goals tops on the team and tied for eighth in The American. He logged over 1,100 minutes played this season. The junior forward from Berlin, Germany recorded all six of his goals in the last seven contests – including five goals in the last five matches.

Both Brown and Billhardt also were named to the postseason AAC All-Conference First Team.

This season, USF posted an 11-7-1 record that included a win over No. 5 Louisville and made its 21st NCAA Tournament appearance.
