USF FOOTBALL: Return to full capacity seating at Ray Jay in 2021

Single-game tickets for six home dates – including the Florida game – go on sale July 7;

New season tickets, flex plans and group plans also offered for 2021 home slate

TAMPA, MAY 19, 2021 – Single-game tickets for the 2021 USF Football season presented by Tampa General Hospital, the Bulls’ second under head coach Jeff Scott, will go on sale on July 7 with USF set to return to full capacity at Raymond James Stadium.

USF will play six home games in 2021 – two each in September, October and November – including four games against 2020 bowl game participants. The home slate will be highlighted by a pair of teams that finished in the top 15 of the final 2020 season AP Poll.

USF will take on Florida (8-4) on Sat., Sept. 11 in the Gators’ first-ever trip to Raymond James Stadium to play the Bulls. Florida reached the SEC Championship game and took on Oklahoma in the Cotton Bowl before finishing the 2020 season at No. 13 in the final AP Poll. The Bulls will also face defending American Athletic Conference Champion Cincinnati (9-1) on Fri., Nov. 12. The Bearcats finished No. 8 in the final 2020 season AP Poll after falling late to Georgia (24-21) in the Peach Bowl.

USF will play five Saturday home games and one Friday primetime matchup vs. Cincinnati in 2021 and will return to selling tickets for full capacity at 65,857-seat Raymond James Stadium, beginning with the home opener vs. Florida. Kick times and specific television designations will be announced at a later date.

All tickets will once again be dynamically priced for each game based on demand and are subject to change. Tickets can be purchased online at USFBullsTix.com or by calling/texting 1-800-GoBulls.

General public single-game tickets (on sale July 7) will start at a price range as low as $20 for FAMU, (Sept.18) and $55 for upper-level seating and $100 for lower-level seating for the Florida game (Sept. 11). The Bulls will play four home conference games vs. Cincinnati, Houston (Nov. 6), Temple (Oct. 23) and Tulsa (Oct. 16). All ticket prices are subject to dynamic price changes based on demand.

Group ticket plans (10 or more tickets) are currently being offered for single games with a starting price as low as $20 per ticket.  All ticket prices are subject to dynamic price changes based on demand.

2021 Season Flex Plans (3 games) will be offered beginning on June 2. The plans allow fans to pick any three games in their ticket package, including the Florida game, with packages starting as low as $125. All ticket prices are subject to dynamic price changes based on demand.

USF student tickets for all of the Bulls’ home games at Raymond James Stadium will once again be offered at no cost to USF students through the Herd Perks app. USF student ticket registration is set to begin on Aug. 25, with the first tickets available for reservation on Sept. 6. Student ticket reservation requests will be taken weekly throughout the season for each home game.

New season tickets for the 2021 season went on sale in March and returning season ticket member renewal is ongoing. USF has seen 93 percent of season ticket members renew tickets for the 2021 season, marking the highest renewal rate in program history, and more than 1,500 new season tickets have been purchased to date.

Lower bowl season tickets (6 games) start as low as $150 for endzone locations, with numerous lower-bowl, sideline, and midfield, club access locations available. Season ticket members will receive the opportunity to participate in a discounted presale for single-game tickets before the general public sale. The presale date for Iron Bulls is June 28 and for season ticket members will be June 30.

The Bulls will open the 2021 season with a Thursday night, primetime matchup at NC State on Sept. 2. USF returns nine starters on offense and 10 on defense as well as its starting kicker.

ABOUT USF FOOTBALL

The USF football program first took the field in 1997 and will celebrate its 25th season in 2021 (22nd at the FBS level). USF has posted 15 winning seasons and is the fastest program in state of Florida history to reach 150 all-time wins. Bulls have earned 14 All-America selections, 29 first-team all-conference selections, and 30 USF players have been selected in the NFL Draft. USF has made 10 bowl game appearances (going 6-4 in those games) and posted a program-record six-straight appearances from 2005-2010. The Bulls most recently made four straight bowl appearances from 2015-18 and posted back-to-back 10-win seasons in 2016 and 2017, logging a program-record 11-2 mark in 2016 while finishing both seasons ranked in the Top 25. USF spent a program-record 20-straight weeks ranked in the Top 25 during the 2016 and 2017 seasons and reached as high as No. 2 in the national rankings during the 2007 season.
