TAMPA (March 1, 2020) – It’s the end of the road for the 2019-20 regular season and USF will close it out on Big Monday when it travels to Hartford to face American Athletic Conference regular season champion, UConn, at the XL Center in Hartford. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m. on ESPN2.

– UConn has four players averaging double figures in the scoring column, led by Megan Walker and her 19.4 points per game … Crystal Dangerfield is second, averaging 14.8 points per contest, and Christyn Williams and Olivia Nelson-Ododa are netting 14.5 points and 11.0 points per outing, respectively … Walker also leads the Huskies in rebounding, grabbing 8.6 per game, and Nelson-Ododa is pulling down 8.5 boards per contest.
THE SERIES AGAINST THE HUSKIES
– Monday’s game between USF and UConn marks the 31st meeting between the two schools, dating back to the 2002-03 campaign … The Huskies holding a 30-0 lead in the all-time series … It is also the final meeting between the Bulls and Huskies as conference brethren as UConn will make its return to the BIG EAST Conference starting in 2020-21.
