UF WGOLF: Women’s Golf Adds Ester Fägersten to Roster

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida women’s golf team bolstered its roster with the addition of Ester Fägersten, head coach Emily Glaser announced Wednesday.

Fägersten has signed with the Gators and will join the program as a freshman in the fall of 2021.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ester to our team and the University of Florida. She epitomizes everything we look for in a student athlete. She is a fierce competitor with a wealth of international playing experience. She is also a conscientious and focused young woman on and off the golf course. Ester will be focused on achieving her goals while in college, but also will work hard to pursue the goals of the team. We are so excited for her to be a Gator and welcome her to campus next fall.”
