UF WGOLF | Second Round Surge Moves Gators Into Third

Florida shot a combined 8-under to move into a tie for third on day one of the Cougar Classic.

CHARLESTON, S.C. – A second-round surge by the Gator women’s golf team in the season opener moved them in a tie for 3rd on day one of the Cougar Classic.

After a first-round that had the Gators in possession of 5th at 1-under, the group responded in the second for a combined 8-under.
