SEC men’s and women’s golf programs. Marina Escobar led the way for the Gators,
placing fourth individually behind a 1-over par 217. Maisie Filler recorded a top-25
finish in her collegiate debut.

The Gators then headed to West Point, Miss. to compete in the Ally at Old Waverly. Annabell Fuller led Florida, recording the second top-10 finish of her career. Four of the five golfers in the lineup finished within the top-35 individually.

The fall season concluded in Atlanta, Ga. at the East Lake Cup. Broadcasted by the Golf Channel, Florida competed in one round of stroke play before entering two days of match play to determine the champion. Marina Escobar recorded her second top-5 finish of the fall, finishing tied for third after one round of stroke play.

Welcome Back, Elin: After missing the fall season due to COVID-19 restrictions in Sweden, Elin Esborn rejoins the Gators squad for spring comptition. The redshirt senior is returning from a junior campaign where she appeared in the Gators’ lineup on three occasions and competed as an individual twice. She was the highest finisher for Florida at the Stanford Intercollegiate (T16) and finished within the top-25 on four occasions over the course of the season.

Coming Up: Florida will head home to Gainesville to host their lone home tournament of the year, scheduled to run from Sunday, Feb. 21 through Tuesday, Feb. 23.
