So the draft is done, but talented players slip through the cracks and go undrafted. So according to draft position teams can go and add them to the 80 man roster prior to the season as long as the end up with 53 men active and 13 on the practice squad. This year there was a ton of talent undrafted!
DB Brandon Joseph of Notre Dame was considered a top 5 Safety coming out of college, and somehow with being 18th in the draft order the Lions got him to sign to go with Brian Branch. Who most considered the top Safety in the draft. The Safety room is getting overrun with talent now.
CB Starling Thomas V of UAB
RB Mohamed Ibriham of Minnesota
WR Chase Costa of Oregon
QB Aiden Martinez of Kansas State (51 Tds 59 INTs ugh!)
WR Keytaon Thompson of Virginia
OT Connor Galvin of Baylor
LB Isaac Darkangelo of Illinois
OL Ryan Svoboda of University of Central Florida
Edge Zach Morton of Arkansas
DT Chris Smith of Notre Dame
LB Trevor Nowaske of Saginaw Valley State
Who knows if Brad Holmes is done. The only head scratcher to me of the list is Aidan Martinez of Kansas State. He was not a very good QB. Wish it was Lindsey Scott Jr. of Incarnate Work or Kory Curtis of Gannon. But what do I know? I just write about it.
