UAB LATELY
UAB’s defense came up big in its 0-0 draw at TCU on Thursday night. Despite being outshot 18-3, the Blazers (2-2-1) did not let anything past keeper Anika Toth, who made three saves. UAB is 1-0-1 on the road this season.
SFA LATELY
The Lumberjacks (1-4-0) lost to SMU 4-1 on Thursday night. SFA is 0-3-0 at home this season.

Blazer Buddies is the new official kids club of UAB Athletics and is open to all kids ages 12 and under. Blazer Buddies will receive a Blazer Buddies Kids Club ID which grants admission to all home men’s soccer, women’s soccer, volleyball, women’s basketball, softball, and baseball games. Blazer Buddies Kids Club members will also be eligible for discounted tickets to the UAB football game versus Louisiana on Sept. 16 and select men’s basketball games.
