BIRMINGHAM – Coming off an unbeaten Texas roadtrip, UAB (3-2-1) plays its final nonconference home match on Thursday against Tennessee Tech (0-3-2). Kickoff is scheduled for 6:05 p.m. at PNC Field.
UAB LATELY
After a 0-0 draw at TCU on Aug. 31, the Blazers extended its unbeaten streak to four straight matches in its 1-0 victory over Stephen F. Austin on Sept. 3. Avery Berryman fed Carlyn Presley in the sixth minute for the only goal of the match.
TENNESSEE TECH LATELY
The Golden Eagles are still looking for its first win of the 2023 season. TTU is coming off a 5-2 loss at IUPUI on Sept. 3

Thursday marks the first time since 2017 the teams have met. UAB has won both matches in the series, with the other coming in 1996.
