BIRMINGHAM– The UAB men’s soccer team concludes its spring schedule with a match at Florida Atlantic on Saturday at 12 p.m in Boca Raton, Fla.
ABOUT UAB
In their last match, the Blazers lost a close match to No. 9 Marshall 1-0. The Blazers held the then NCAA leader in shots per game to 10, which is the second fewest on the season. UAB tallied six shots in the match.
ABOUT FLORIDA ATLANTIC
In their last match, the Owls lost to No. 12 Charlotte 1-0. Florida Atlantic outshot the 49ers 11-10 with two on goal.
THE SERIES VS. FLORIDA ATLANTIC
UAB leads the series 5-2 including a 2-1 record at Florida Atlantic. In the last matchup in Boca Raton in 2018, the Blazers won 2-1.

Fans will be asked to practice social distancing and sit in available seats. Masks are required at all times per state and county ordinance.
