| Symposium Set to Take Place Sunday, March 8 INDIANAPOLIS — The Big Ten Conference, Horizon League, Indiana Sports Corp and its partners are teaming up to host a free sports officials symposium on Sunday, March 8 inside Pacers Square at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The symposium takes place from 3-5:00 PM ET and will feature programming devoted to addressing the shortage of officials in all sports. “Indiana Sports Corp is thrilled to partner with the Big Ten Conference and Horizon League to be at the forefront of issues surrounding officiating on the youth, high school, and collegiate level,” said Indiana Sports Corp President, Ryan Vaughn. “ Officials are a crucial component to any athletic event and this officials symposium will help give them the skills and knowledge going forward to help combat existing challenges and concerns in the profession.” Led by speakers from the National Federation of State High School Associations, Indiana High School Athletic Association and Officially Human; Behind the Stripes, participants will learn about a variety of topics that impact prospective and current officials at all levels of competition.
