Thanksgiving Game Review

Buffalo Bills vs. Detroit Lions
By Jeremy T. Balreich

On November 24th, 2022 the Buffalo Bils got to play their 2nd game in a row at Ford Field. This time as the visiting team versus our Detroit Football Lions. The Lions had a gameplan, and for the most part, it worked. Keeping the high-flying Bills Offense from going wide open all day. Kept the score close with even a chance to go to overtime.

The Defense did a good job of keeping Stephon Diggs in check, mostly due to the coverage of Jerry Jacobs, until he left the game from concussion protocol. Jamal Williams became league’s TD Leading scoring his 13th TD if the season. We also saw the debut of James ‘Da Problem’ Houston. And yes he is a problem for Olineman, and QBs! His Stateline was 2 Tackles, 2 pressures, 2 sacks, and 2 QB hits. Made Lions history by being the first rookie player to have a debut with multiple sacks.

While it was a great game. The Lions fell short and took another loss.

Bills      28
Lions    25
