BOCA RATON, Fla. – Lynn University’s softball team swept Queens College in non-conference play, 5-3 and 4-3, respectively, on Monday afternoon.

STATS OF THE GAME:
Game One
· Lexi Butler went 2-for-4 with one run scored.
· Brittney Davis was 3-for-3 with a solo homer in the sixth.
· Kayla Sheffield started and pitched 3.0 innings for the Fighting Knights, also hitting the go-ahead homer for Lynn.
· Allyson Jameston (6-2) was perfect in relief, striking out four, to earn her team-high sixth win of the season.
Game Two
· Davis went 2-for-5, doubling in the game-winning run in the bottom of the 10th.
· Emily Yakel knocked out two hits and had two runs scored.
· Jameston picked up her seventh win of the 2020 season in game two, throwing 6.1 scoreless innings in relief.
