ORLANDO, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic softball team (33-12) fell to the University of Central Florida in the last midweek matchup of the season on Wednesday evening by a score of 1-0.

Florida Atlantic moves to 33-12 on the season. Trinity Schlottbeck started in the pitching circle for the Owls, recording her 16th start of the season.

THE GAME

The Knights scored in the first inning to take the lead, but Florida Atlantic held UCF scoreless the rest of the way. Schlotterbeck threw her sixth complete game of the season.

  • Outfielder Kylie Hammonds went 1-for-2 on the night as she recorded her ninth hit of the year
