RANKINGS ANALYSIS:

As you can see, I decided to keep all teams ranked the same until some team loses or wins a game by the skin of their teeth (including underperforming)…The Big Ten will be back and will kickoff their 2020 season on Oct.24… I removed Oklahoma State among my OTMs because they underperformed-especially after QB Spencer Smith had to leave that game because of an injury in the 1st quarter- in their 16-7 home win over Tulsa. The OSU Cowboys will have a chance to get it together with a home game against West Virginia this SAT (3:30 PM, ABC)… Finally, the SEC kicks their 2020 season this SAT, #1 Alabama has a road game against Missouri this SAT (7 PM, ESPN), the defending National Champions LSU Tigers have a home game against Miss. State (3:30 PM, CBS), #5 Georgia has a road game against Arkansas (Noon, SECN), #6 Florida has a road game against Mississippi (4 PM, ESPN), and Auburn has a home game against Kentucky (Noon, SECN)…I was impressed with #9 UCF’s performance in their 49-21 road win over Georgia Tech. After the Golden Knights had a 28-21 lead following a Georgia Tech scored a TD, UCF responded and scored 21 unanswered points to finish this game off. The Golden Knights have a road game against a passy-happy East Carolina football team this SAT (Noon, ESPN+)… I feel bad that Charlotte at #10 North Carolina had to be cancelled. I was looking forward to seeing QB Sam Howell have a better passing performance from last week. The Tar Heels have another bye week before a road game against Boston College on Oct.3…We have two big games in the Big 12 this SAT. #3 Texas has a road game against Texas Tech (3:30 PM, FOX) and #8 Oklahoma has a home game against Kansas State (Noon, FOX)…Cincinnati has a home game against Army, who has a 2-0 mark, this SAT (3:30 PM, ESPN) and Memphis has another bye-week before a road game against SMU on Oct.3…
