Fourth-year wideout posted career-best 193 yards against #9 Louisville
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Wide receiver Xavier Restrepo earned ACC Receiver of the Week honors after a standout performance vs Louisville, the conference office announced Monday.
Restrepo posted a career-high 193 yards on eight catches with one touchdown in Miami’s game against the Cardinals on Nov. 18.
Restrepo, Miami’s leading receiver on the year, paces the Hurricanes in both receptions (68) and yards (876). Saturday’s game against the Cardinals was the junior’s fourth 100-yard game of the season.
The selection marks Miami’s second straight ACC Receiver of the Week honoree; Jacoby George was honored on Nov. 13 after posting a career game on the road at Florida State.
The Hurricanes wrap up their regular season on Fri., Nov. 24 against Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Mass. Kickoff is set for 12 p.m.
