HOFF AND RUNNING In Game 3 vs. NYI, Mike Hoffman recorded two points (1-1-2) for the second consecutive game, earning First Star of the Game. It is the fifth time in franchise history that a player has recorded consecutive multi-point performances (per NHL PR), and was Hoffman’s fifth career multi-point playoff game. With four points (2-2-4) over FLA’s past three games, Hoffman leads the club in goals, points, and power-play points (3) in the postseason. In 2019-20, the Kitchener, Ontario, native led FLA in goals (29) for the second consecutive season, led the team in shots (214), and tied for club lead in power-play goals (11).
