March 21, 2015Shawn Thornton played his 600th NHL game as the Panthers defeated the Bruins 2-1 in a shootout. Thornton became just the third player to play 600 games in both the NHL and AHL. Thornton was also the first player to have played 600 games in the AHL before playing 600 in the NHL.
