MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins announced that they have signed linebacker Duke Riley as an unrestricted free agent from Philadelphia.

Riley has played in 57 career games with 24 starts, spending time with Atlanta (2017-19) and Philadelphia (2019-20). He’s totaled 132 career tackles (78 solo), 0.5 sacks, one interception, three passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. Riley also has totaled 27 career special teams stops (16 solo). He originally entered the NFL as a third-round pick (75th overall) by Atlanta in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Scarlett has played in 56 career games with 22 starts, all with Houston. He’s totaled 120 career tackles (75 solo), 5.5 sacks, one interception, five passes defensed, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. Scarlett also has 18 career special teams stops (12 solo). He originally entered the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with Houston on May 6, 2016.

Miami Dolphins sign Fuller V

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins announced that they have signed wide receiver William Fuller V as an unrestricted free agent from Houston.

Fuller V played 53 games with 52 starts for the Texans over the past five seasons (2016-20). He’s totaled 209 career receptions for 3,110 yards (14.9 avg.) and 24 touchdowns. Fuller has also started three playoff games, totaling 12 receptions for 142 yards (11.8 avg.). He originally entered the NFL as a first-round pick (21st overall) by the Texans in the 2016 NFL Draft.

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins announced that they have waived tackle Isaiah Wilson.

Wilson was drafted in the first round (29th overall) of the 2020 NFL draft by Tennessee and played in one game for the Titans. He was acquired by Miami in a trade on March 17, 2021. The Brooklyn, New York native played at the University of Georgia, starting 24 games over his redshirt freshman and sophomore seasons (2018-19).
