Miami Dolphins sign Bryant

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins today announced they have signed defensive tackle Brandin Bryant.

Bryant made his NFL regular-season debut in 2019 with Cleveland, playing in four games with three tackles (two solo). He also spent time with the N.Y. Jets (2016-17) and originally entered the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with Seattle on May 6, 2016. Bryant also spent two seasons in the Canadian Football League, appearing in 10 games with Winnipeg in 2018 and one game with Montreal in 2019. He played collegiately at Florida Atlantic University.

Miami Dolphins awarded Borders off waivers

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins today announced they have been awarded cornerback Breon Borders off waivers from Pittsburgh.

Borders joins the Dolphins after playing 12 games in 2019 – one for Washington and 11 with one start for Jacksonville. He totaled seven tackles (six solo) and one fumble recovery with Jacksonville. Borders also appeared in one game with Jacksonville in 2018. He also spent time with Houston (2018), Buffalo (2017-18) and Oakland (2017). Borders originally entered the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with the Raiders on May 5, 2017.
