Lynn Women’s Soccer Falls on the Road to NSU

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Lynn University’s women’s soccer kept Nova Southeastern off the scoreboard for the first 32 minutes, but surrendered four goals in the final 48 minutes to fall 4-0 in Wednesday night’s Sunshine State Conference (SSC) clash.

STATS OF THE GAME:·       Crystal Ayn Hagberg totaled a team-high three shots and registered 2-of-3 Lynn shots on target.·       NSU’s four goals came between the last 16 minutes of the first half and the first 16 minutes of the second half.·       Defender Bailey Brasse had the Blue and White’s third shot on goal.·       Lynn responded with eight second-half shots after being blanked in the opening 45:00.·       Kiara Burga (1-1-1) stopped six shots, playing a full 90:00.

BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:·       Lynn has now lost straight to NSU, last winning 2-1 on the road on Sept. 29, 2012.
