University of Mount Olive Last Chance Qualifier
MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. – Lynn University’s women’s track program wrapped up its 2019 season on Sunday, participating in its second meet of the weekend at the University of Mount Olive, the NCAA Last Chance Qualifier. Both Madison Wells and Emmanuelle Le Tertre performed admirably for the Fighting Knights in their final appearances of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
· Le Tertre ran the 5k early on Sunday morning in windy conditions, following up yesterday’s performance in the 1,500m with a time of 18:01:00, finishing in second place.
· Wells recorded her second personal-best of the weekend, long-jumping her way to a mark of 5.39m to secure fifth place.
