Lynn Men’s Basketball Adds Area Up-and-Comer

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Lynn men’s basketball has seen its success trending upward on the court and continues to reap the benefits off the floor. They have added Ga’Khari Lacount from Miami Coral Park Senior High School during the early signing period.

Lacount is a 6-foot 1-inch point guard who averaged 24 points, 7.5 assists and 7 rebounds a game as a junior. Those numbers earned him Second Team All-County honors and landed him on the preseason first-team headed into his senior season.

Highlighting his junior campaign was a school-record 45 points he scored against Sports Leadership and Management High School.

In addition to his accomplishments for Coral Park, he has averaged 20 points per game playing for the Miami Runnin’ Rebels travel league team.
