Local Business Encourages “Celebrating by Giving Back” and Leads by Example with 13 Not-So-Random Acts of Kindness in the Community

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. (December 1, 2021) – Bright Pink Agency, a Coral Springs-based marketing agency, celebrated its 13th year in business by organizing and encouraging multiple Acts of Kindness throughout the month of November. Events were made public in the spirit of giving back to the local community and encouraging others to do the same, in addition to shining a spotlight on some of the wonderful local organizations that are helping to make the world a better place, right here in Broward County.

“I’m incredibly grateful that our clients and our employees chose to work with us. And to celebrate our lucky 13, instead of throwing a party, we decided to put together 13 not-so-random acts of kindness to show our gratitude and pay it forward,” said Madalina Iordache, CEO of Bright Pink Agency.

Bright Pink team members kicked off the celebration by bringing coffee and donuts to the dedicated faculty and staff of the Imagine School at Broward Charter School on Monday, December 1. On Friday, November 5, the company sponsored an ice cream truck for the enjoyment of the First Responders from the City of Coral Springs Police Department and Fire Station #80.

A press conference to announce the relaunch of McGovern Foundation, a drowning prevention awareness nonprofit organization, whose branding and website was redesigned by Bright Pink Agency, was held on Wednesday, November 10 at the Coral Springs Aquatic Complex in cooperation with the City of Coral Springs. Then, on Saturday, November 13, members of the Bright Pink home office and their families met on Deerfield Beach to take part in a beach cleanup outing.

Organized community clothing and canned food drives were the focus of the third week, benefiting Covenant House Florida and Chabad Coral Springs, respectively. The week also included the promotion of the importance of blood donations, with team members rolling up their sleeves to donate, as well.

The Bright Pink team closed out the celebratory month with a used book collection, donating them to the Margate Catherine Young Branch of the Broward County Library and another treat of coffee and donuts, this time for the doctors, nurses, and staff of Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood.

Other acts of kindness included small purchases for both strangers and coworkers, supporting a GoFundMe for a little girl fighting cancer and sending Halloween candy to troops defending the country.

“This project has turned out to be a great way to stretch our minds creatively as well, as our team worked together on coming up with ideas and different ways to ‘do good’ for our neighbors,” said Bright Pink Agency CEO, Madalina Iordache.
