JAGUARS IN THE COMMUNITY – SALUTE TO SERVICE

 JACKSONVILLE, FL – In advance of the team’s Salute to Service game presented by CSX on Dec. 1, Jacksonville Jaguars players, cheerleaders and staff will participate in military-focused initiatives throughout the community during the entire month of November.  
 
What:Salute to Service Movie Night presented by Dr. Patrick Basile
When:Wednesday, Nov. 13, 6 – 7 p.m.
Where: Cinemark Tinseltown, 4535 Southside Blvd.
Who:Jaguars players, including LB Myles Jack, and the Jaguars Foundation have partnered with Florida Survivor Outreach Services for Freedom and the National Guard to secure a private movie theater screening of the new movie “Playing with Fire” for 125 guests to show support for military children and families facing injury, loss and deployment.

 What:Huddle for 100 with St. Michael’s Soldiers presented by Florida Power & Light
When:Thursday, Nov. 14, 4 – 5:30 p.m.
Where: Upper Club West, TIAA Bank Field
Who:The team will join more than 200 volunteers and Jaguars staff to assemble and ship 1,000 care packages to deployed servicemen and women.   

What:Pros vs. G.I. Joes presented by Mambo’s Cuban Cafe
When:Thursday, Nov. 14, 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Where: Upper Club West, TIAA Bank Field
Who:The Jacksonville Jaguars have partnered with Joint Forces Initiative to connect Jaguars players with active-duty troops deployed stateside. The Jaguars will interact with 25 members of the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy who will be onsite as they compete in video game challenges.
