MINSHEW THROUGH SIX GAMES: Through six career games, rookie QB Gardner Minshew II has completed 124 of 194 passes (63.9 completion pct.) for 1,442 yards, nine TDs and two INTs for a passer rating of 97.5. In Week 6, Minshew completed 14 of 29 passes for 163 yards and one INT. Minshew’s 1,442 passing yards are the most through six career games in Jaguars history. Prior to his third quarter INT, Minshew had thrown 163 consecutive passes without an INT, the fourth-longest streak in franchise history.

GOODE MAKES HIS FIRST START FOR THE JAGUARS: Eighth-year LB Najee Goode, who was signed as an unrestricted free agent by Jacksonville on May 1, 2019, started today’s game and totaled six tackles, including 1.0 sack, and added one pass defensed. Goode’s six tackles matched his career-high, which was previously set on Oct. 4, 2018, when he was a member of the Philadelphia Eagles.

LAMBO-MATIC: K Josh Lambo converted two FGs in today’s game and has now made 52 of 55 FG attempts since he signed with the Jaguars on Oct. 17, 2017. Overall, his 94.5 FG pct. is the highest in franchise history and the highest by any player in the NFL since 2017 (min. 10 FGA). Lambo has converted all 33 FG attempts at home since signing with Jacksonville in 2017, and this season, Lambo has made all 14 FG attempts and all nine PATs.

HERNDON LEADS THE WAY: Second-year CB Tre Herndon started at LCB and posted a game-high and career-high nine tackles (six solo), including one tackle for loss. Herndon is averaging 6.3 tackles per game in his four starts this season.

FOURNETTE OVER 100 SCRIMMAGE YARDS: Third-year RB Leonard Fournette rushed 20 times for 72 yards (3.6 rush avg.) and caught a team-high six passes for 46 yards (7.7 rec. avg.). Fournette totaled 118 scrimmage yards in today’s game and has now totaled at least 85 scrimmage yards in all six games this season. Fournette joins Cleveland RB Nick Chubb as the only players to post at least 85 scrimmage yards in all six games this season. Fournette leads the AFC and ranks third in the NFL in scrimmage yards (773), while his 584 rushing yards rank second in the AFC (Chubb – 607) and third in the NFL. Fournette has now posted 13 career games with at least 100 scrimmage yards, the most through 27 career games in franchise history.

JOSHIN’ AROUND:  First-round rookie DE Josh Allen registered a sack in the second quarter and has now totaled 4.0 sacks this season, including a sack in consecutive games for the first time in his career. Allen has posted 4.0 sacks over the last four games. He is now the third player in franchise history to post at least 4.0 sacks through six career games, joining DE Yannick Ngakoue and former DT John Henderson.

WINGARD LEADING THE WAY ON SPECIAL TEAMS: Undrafted rookie S Andrew Wingard registered a special teams tackle in the first quarter of today’s game and leads the team with six special teams tackles this season.

JAGUARS DEFENSE: The Jaguars defense held two-time Pro Bowl RB Alvin Kamara to 31 rushing yards on 11 carries (2.8 rush avg.), his fewest yards this season. The Jaguars defense has allowed two TDs over their last 24 possessions at TIAA Bank Field, dating back to the fourth quarter of Week 1 vs. Kansas City.
