ATHENS — Yusuf Jihad scored a game high 29 points on 11 of 16 shooting from the floor and grabbed eight rebounds as the Oakland men’s basketball team cruised to a 83-58 win over PAO U21 Sunday in their final game in Greece.

Jihad also led all players from the charity stripe, hitting 7 of 10 free throws, and played 39 minutes.

Daniel Oladapo was just shy of a double-double, recording nine points and nine rebounds, while Madison Monroe scored in double figures by netting 13 points. Christopher Gettelfinger had eight points, five rebounds and six assists.

The Golden Grizzlies played primarily newcomers as Xavier Hill-Mais, Brad Brechting and Tray Maddox Jr. did not play. Additionally, Kevin Kangu and Rashad Williams did not play.

Overall, the Golden Grizzlies went 2-2 in their four international games and will begin the return trip back to the United States today.
