Florida Panthers Recall Forward Eetu Luostarinen from Florida’s Taxi Squad

Defenseman Noah Juulsen Assigned to Syracuse Crunch (AHL) on Conditioning Loan

SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers General Manager Bill Zito announced today that the forward Eetu Luostarinen has been recalled from Florida’s Taxi Squad and forward Brett Connolly has been loaned to Florida’s Taxi Squad.

Additionally, Panthers defenseman Noah Juulsen has been assigned to the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League (AHL) on a conditioning loan.

Luostarinen, 22, has appeared in 31 games with Florida this season, recording eight points (3-5-8). The 6-foot-3, 190-pound native of Silinjarvi, Finland, has appeared in 39 career National Hockey League games for Florida (2020-21) and the Carolina Hurricanes (2019-20), producing nine points (3-6-9).

He was originally selected by Carolina in the second round (42nd overall) of the 2017 NHL Draft.

The Panthers face the Chicago Blackhawks tonight at 8 p.m. (ET).
