SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers and FLA Live Arena announced today they have partnered with CHEQ, Purple, Shift4 and YinzCam to launch their new, interactive arena mobile application to enhance the fan experience at FLA Live Arena for all games, concerts and events.
The Panthers official mobile app, powered and developed by YinzCam, gives fans the opportunity to toggle between Panthers and FLA Live Arena modes to deliver content based on the event the patron is attending. Powered by YinzCam’s new Single Sign-On and the associated Segmentation/Personalization Engine, the mobile app is capable of dynamically tailoring content, utilities and push-notifications to fans by location, by time, by type of fan, and by fan preferences.
On the Panthers side, the mobile app features the latest team news, schedule, stats and standings along with exclusive content such as articles, Territory Talk podcast, videos, photos and more.
Guests who toggle to the FLA Live Arena mode of the app can manage tickets, utilize mobile ordering from concession stands through a new partnership with CHEQ, access special discounts and personalized experiences.
With the recent transition to SeatGeek as the team’s official ticket provider, the arena has partnered with Shift4 to become the official payments solution provider. Shift4’s end-to-end commerce technology allows for in-app payments and powers all ticketing transactions.
The Panthers have also partnered with Purple’s Guest WiFi and Verify solutions which provides an additional opportunity to collect fan and visitor data first-hand as they access the WiFi upon entering FLA Live Arena. The Panthers splash page experience is co-presented in conjunction with longtime partner, JetBlue. Through dynamic branding capabilities, the user journey will be targeted based on visitor preferences and will boost the overall fan experience.
An all-new partnership with the leader in mobile and social payments for restaurants, stadiums and more, CHEQ now serves as FLA Live Arena’s official mobile ordering partner. CHEQ will provide patrons with a seamless and easy mobile ordering platform for food and beverages via the Panthers mobile app featuring pick-up at select concession stands to create fewer lines and ease of purchase.
