BMW becomes official luxury vehicle of Florida Panthers

SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers and BB&T Center announced today a five-year partnership with BMW.
A leader in the automotive industry, BMW will become the presenting sponsor of the BMW Entrance to BB&T Center- a North VIP Door for club and suite holders and will display three vehicles on site at the venue.
“We’re proud to welcome BMW, an innovative performance luxury car brand to the Panthers family at BB&T Center,” said Panthers Chief Commercial Officer Shawn Thornton. “As a leader in fan engagement, BMW will provide unique opportunities for Panthers fans such as the chance to experience the ultimate driving machine at the Palm Beach International Raceway and other exclusive experiences.”
With a focus on enhancing the arena and fan experience for hockey and events, BMW will engage with fans giving out cobranded, premium giveaways at their in-arena car activation locations. They will also work with the Panthers Telly Award winning digital team on creating high-caliber content such as ‘Zero to 60,’ a social media segment.

This becomes BMW’s first pro sports deal in south Florida and fifth partnership with a National Hockey League team to date.
