Florida Panthers Announce New Executive Hires and Promotions

SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers President & CEO Matt Caldwell announced today several new executive hires and promotions. 

Beginning with new hires, entertainment industry veteran Zane Collings joins the Panthers as Senior Vice President of Event Programming, while Taralynn Reburn joins as Vice President of Sales and Service. 

Executive promotions include the appointment of Bryce Hollweg as Chief Operating Officer, Shawn Thornton as Chief Revenue Officer and Rob Stevenson as Executive Vice President of People & Facilities.  Additionally, Adelyn Biedenbach has been promoted to Vice President of Communications, John Colombo promoted to Vice President of Panthers Foundation & Community Relations and Jarrett Seldin promoted to Vice President of Hospitality.

In his new role as the Panthers Senior Vice President of Event Programming, Collings will oversee all event, game and concert programming and scheduling for FLA Live Arena and Fort Lauderdale War Memorial Auditorium.  

With nearly three decades of experience in the entertainment venue and booking industry, Collings most recently served as General Manager of ASM Global’s Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center, home of the NFL’s New Orleans Saints and NBA’s New Orleans Pelicans. Collings also served as the Southeast Regional Booking Director where he drove program development at ASM venues throughout the southeastern U.S. He previously held a seven-year tenure as the Assistant General Manager for six ASM-managed facilities in Jacksonville, Fla., including TIAA Bank Field, home to the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars, and VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena.   

Prior to joining the Panthers, Reburn worked for eight years with the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks, most recently serving as Senior Director of Membership and Premium Sales where she developed and led a 16-person team responsible for new membership acquisition, group and premium membership sales, and sales retention. In her new role as the Florida Panthers Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service, Reburn oversees the membership and ticketing departments for all Panthers games, concerts and special events held at FLA Live Arena.
