Florida Panthers Announce 2021-22 Preseason Schedule

BB&T Center To Host Four Home Preseason Games Including a Doubleheader against the Nashville Predators

SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers announced today the club’s preseason schedule for 2021-22. Florida will play seven total preseason games, including a doubleheader and one neutral site contest in Orlando, Fla. at Amway Center. 

The Panthers will open their preseason slate in Sunrise with a doubleheader matchup against the Nashville Predators on Sept. 26 at 3 PM and 7 PM.  

Following the doubleheader, the Cats will face the Dallas Stars on Sept. 29 and Oct. 1 starting in Dallas and returning home to BB&T Center to face the Stars on Oct. 1.  

The club will face their intra-state rivals and 2021 Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning three times in the preseason including Oct. 5 in Orlando at Amway Center, Oct. 7 at Amalie Arena in Tampa Bay and on Oct. 9 at BB&T Center in Sunrise.  

The Amway Center meeting between Florida and Tampa Bay will mark the third time the two have faced each other in Orlando (Sept. 19, 1996, Sept. 27, 2018).
