FLA Live Arena to Host ‘Saturday Sweat’ Juneteenth Edition on Saturday, June 25 

SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers announced today that FLA Live Arena will host ‘Saturday Sweat’ Juneteenth Week Celebration on Saturday, June 25 from 9 AM- 12 PM. The event is free and open to the public.  

‘Saturday Sweat’ is a culturally relevant wellness experience focused on encouraging healthy lifestyles with a particular emphasis on creating minority inclusion, accessibility and representation in the fitness space. The event, created in conjunction with SocialXchange, will include HIIT Bootcamp workouts, Soca Step Class, Neo Soul Yoga and Meditation, Afrobeat & Soca Zumba and children’s workouts.  

Fitness classes will begin at 9 AM and 10 AM, followed by a cooking demonstration and panel discussion at 11 AM.  

Throughout the day, food and informational vendor tables featuring over 15 Black-owned wellness and fitness vendors will be available for attendees as well as floorball for all ages.  

Fans interested in attending can click HERE to RSVP. Fans are encouraged to enter Gate 5 and proceed to the JetBlue Tarmac to join in on workout classes and informational events. Yoga mats are welcome and breathable work out attire encouraged.
