OWLS FRESH AFTER HUGE WEEKFAU will enter Saturday’s game well-rested, as the matchup with the Great Danes is the Owls’ only game of the week. Last week, FAU went 3-0 with wins over Florida, Bryant and Detroit Mercy. Against the Titans, the Owls held Detroit Mercy to only 55 points in the 76-55 victory. FAU’s defense also limited Detroit Mercy to 32.7% shooting from the field and just 18.8% from 3-point range.

Speaking of 3-pointers, the Owls have used the long ball to their success this season. FAU has made more 3-pointers than its opponent in every game this year and ranks second in Conference USA in made threes per game (9.6). The Owls are also ranked third in 3-point percentage (35.8%) in C-USA.
