Pistons forward/center Isaiah Stewart left the second quarter of Monday’s game vs. Toronto at Little Caesars Arena due to a right foot injury. Testing conducted by team doctors following the game diagnosed the injury as a sprain of the right big toe. He will miss the club’s West Coast road trip and be re-evaluated in 2-3 weeks.
