Coral Springs, Fla ( 10/24/2022 ) — The Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce hosted their “Casino Night” Annual Gala, presented by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, on Thursday, October 20 th 2022 at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs.
The Gala featured award presentations to the following recipients:
Small Business of the Year – Performance Title
Covered Bridge Award – Donna Denton from AmTrust Bank, A Division of NYCB
Butterfly Award – Sergeant Barb Hendrickx from Do The Right Thing
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business of the Year – Broward College
Community Impact Business of the Year – Seminole Casino Coconut Creek
Workforce Development Business of the Year – Chen Moore Associates
The event featured a fun night of dancing, blackjack, poker, slots and roulette while attendees won a multitude of prizes from the auctions and commemorated the evening in the 360 Photo Booth. A portion of the proceeds raised works to benefit the Chamber’s Education Foundation which assists DECA and BPA business students from our seven local high schools in Coral Springs, Parkland and Coconut Creek in their future goals towards becoming tomorrow’s leaders and future entrepreneurs.
Cindy Brief, President/CEO of the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber stated, “It was amazing to be back in person after having our past two Gala’s virtually! For many of our members, this was their first time meeting in person.
Attendees had a chance to really get to know each other and get to connect with people they might have not had the chance to meet!”
