Coach Schnellenberger Celebration of Life

BOCA RATON – Florida Atlantic University Athletics has announced a celebration of life for legendary football coach Howard Schnellenberger will be held at FAU Stadium on Friday, Sept. 10 from 5-8 p.m.
The founder and architect of FAU Football will be honored and celebrated in an event football fans won’t want to miss.
Included in the program will be football legends, along with many who played for and worked alongside Coach Schnellenberger over the years. All will celebrate the impact Coach Schnellenberger had on their lives, the sport of football and the communities he called home throughout his six decades of coaching.
In addition to a lineup of great speakers, there will be opportunities to win great prizes celebrating the career of a wonderful coach, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and person.

The family is accepting donations to the Schnellenberger Family Foundation and the Howard Schnellenberger Endowed Scholarship Fund at FAU benefitting FAU Football student-athletes.
